Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At Wolf Clap, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality home services with professionalism and care. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer

    • Customers can cancel their booked service up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without any charges.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
    • For same-day service bookings, cancellations are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  2. Cancellation by Wolf Clap

    • In rare cases, if Wolf Clap cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of service professionals), a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, customers can reschedule the service at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed if:
      • The service provided was not completed as per the agreed terms.
      • The service was canceled by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
      • A valid complaint is raised within 24 hours of service completion, and it is verified by our quality assurance team.
  2. Non-Refundable Cases

    • Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
      • If the service was completed as per the customer’s instructions.
      • If the customer refuses to allow the service to be carried out at the scheduled time without valid reason.
      • If the issue arises due to pre-existing conditions or faulty appliances beyond repair.
  3. Refund Process

    • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (e.g., bank account, card, UPI).

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers can reschedule their services free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the service time will incur a rescheduling fee of ₹100.
